Delivery
To keep costs down I post 2nd class, but please do contact me if you require 1st class. For items that are ordered in bulk, then I will always use signed for. I post within 2 days of receipt of order (although usually it will be the next day).
Refunds
UK customers have the right to cancel their purcahse within 14 days of receipt, and this must be in writing within that time period. Goods must be returned in the original condition they were sent and shipped at your cost. Please ensure that goods are securely packaged. Once they have been received and checked they are in the same condition they were posted in, I will issue the refund (less postage). On the rare occasion a damage happens in transit, then the refund and cost of shipping will be made by myself.
Copyright
The 'Nurture Gnome' name is trademarked, and the Gnome-Emoji Workbooks must not be photocopied or reproduced due to copyright. I do create some Free Resources on this page, and update them as often as I can, so please feel free to download and photcopy/distribute with no restrictions.
